When the BC Get Vaccinated system has sent you a text/email invitation click on the link provided in your invitation to easily book your appointment.
You can select us as a site for ages 12 years and older at : “Ages 12 years and above - Tofino - Pharmasave Health Centre #049".
If you don't see our site it means we are waiting on more vaccine stock. Check back frequently.
Most people are due for a booster 6 months after their second dose. Pregnant people are due for their booster 8 weeks after their second dose. If you haven't received an invite yet, you can call the provincial call centre at : 1-833-838-2323 or visit https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/vaccine/register.
Pfizer vaccine is the preferred vaccine for primary series in individuals 12–29 years old and for the booster dose in individuals 18–29 years old due to the lower risk of myocarditis/pericarditis with this vaccine. If you are 12-29 you can call public health at 250-725-4020 ext: 0 for Pfizer or we can provide Moderna with consent.
If you have a Covid-19 diagnosis, Covid-19 symptoms or have been told to self-isolate please do not come to the pharmacy until you are well.
